How we’re making the market safe in the age of COVID-19:

 
  • You’ll find us outside on nice days, which makes it easier to physically distance. If it’s rainy or not-so-nice, we’ll be inside the long warehouse at Mission Park.

  • Though masks may no longer be mandated, we’d like to keep the market as safe a space for all community members and highly encourage all visitors and vendors to still wear high-quality masks, especially when inside the long warehouse.

  • All surfaces (tables, chairs, pens, etc.) are sanitized before and after each market. Vendors are highly encouraged to sanitize common areas after each new customer.

  • Booths are spaced apart and set up to ensure distance and to accommodate the flow of people.

  • Everyone who plans to attend the market must self-monitor and arrange not to participate in the market if they develop symptoms.

For visitors:

  • Please refrain from handling products unless you know you’re buying them. No communal self-serve or samples will be allowed.

For vendors:

  • All vendors will be emailed an info packet that includes resources and expectations related to COVID-19 as soon as they sign up.

  • You’ll be asked to tell customers to refrain from handling products, and there will be no communal self-serve or samples.

  • We encourage you to bring your own “market kit” with hand sanitizer and table disinfectant spray/wipes.

  • All common surfaces should be sanitized before and after new customers.

For volunteers:

  • All volunteers will be emailed an info packet with resources and expectations related to the role they’ll be doing.

  • Volunteers are asked to help market board members with sanitizing and cleaning areas before and after each week’s market.
